## Research

| Provider | Observed public price | Source |
|---|---|---|
| DistroKid Musician | $24.99/year | https://distrokid.com/pricing/ |
| UnitedMasters DEBUT+ | $19.99/year | https://unitedmasters.com/en/artists |
| UnitedMasters SELECT | $59.99/year | https://unitedmasters.com/en/artists |
| TuneCore entry unlimited | From $24.99/year | https://www.tunecore.com/pricing |
| RouteNote Free | 85% creator / 15% platform | https://routenote.com/s/free-music-distribution |
| CD Baby | $9.99 single / $14.99 album, once; 9% digital distribution commission | https://cdbaby.com/cd-baby-cost/ |

Different services, extras and territories make price-only comparisons incomplete. No claim of universal lowest price or feature parity is made.

## Proposed packages

Fan / Explorer: $0. Launch Share: $0 upfront, proposed 90/10 on defined distribution receipts. Artist Own: $19/year, one artist. Creator Duo: $39/year, two artists. Label Studio: $99/year, five artists. Enterprise: negotiated quote. Artist Own, Creator Duo and Label Studio propose zero platform distribution commission. These artist counts and paid entitlements are not activated or enforced subscriptions.

A pricing page is not a distribution agreement. Final terms must define receipts, permitted deductions, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reserve policies, payouts, cancellation, release continuity, takedowns, delivery SLAs, third-party fees and data export. No master ownership transfer is proposed. Existing third-party label/publishing agreements are not overridden.

90/10 is the proposed basic revenue share. 85/15 could support specified assisted services. 70/30 and 60/40 require negotiated, costed service packages; no automatic rights transfer or blanket participation in unrelated revenue. The profile form records interest, not assent to a revenue contract.

## Streaming economics

Spotify describes streamshare, not a fixed price per play: https://loudandclear.byspotify.com/faq/

Do not advertise a guaranteed higher per-stream payout without comparable measured evidence. Define a distributable pool from actual collected funds after agreed taxes, refunds, payment and rights costs. In a 90/10 pool with a 10-point fan allocation: creator 80%, fan rewards 10%, platform 10%. Fan rewards reduce the participant pool, never add another 10% beyond 100%. Allocate only cleared funds; document rounding. The current calculator uses integer cents and assigns residual rounding to the platform; production policy remains to be agreed.

Rewards must not incentivize artificial DSP streams. Eligible fan activity, consent, caps, anti-abuse checks and sponsor/creator funding must be defined independently. No claim that listening automatically earns cash.

## Earny precision

Proposed: one Earny equals 1,000,000 internal atomic units. This denomination is not a cash conversion rate, cryptocurrency issuance or promise of redeemability. Aggregate obligations before external payment; do not charge a card for every play. A production ledger needs append-only double entries, funded reserves, idempotency, reconciliation, reversals, anti-abuse controls and reviewed redemption/transfer/tax rules. No ledger balance or token has been issued here.

## Unit economics before sale

Contribution per subscriber = subscription + earned service margin - processing - distributor cost - storage/egress - support - compute - fraud/chargebacks. Obtain real contracted costs and usage estimates before approving $19/$39/$99. Do not promise unlimited GPU, video or autonomous code execution inside a low-cost music plan.

A no-token-meter UI is possible with disclosed fair-use, concurrency and heavy-job charges; it does not remove inference costs. DeepSeek API pricing: https://api-docs.deepseek.com/quick_start/pricing/

## Runtime changes implemented

Authenticated same-origin startup SSE sends a saved display name when available and a templated greeting. It does not claim hardware-triggered execution, always-listening status or training. Existing browser speech remains permission-gated with an off switch and autoplay fallback. The optional local microphone energy test stops after 30 seconds or when the page is hidden, stores nothing and uploads nothing. It measures sound energy, not semantic voice activity.

## Pasted integration code not deployed

- Wildcard credentialed CORS and caller-supplied default session identities are unsuitable for authenticated private profiles.
- Supabase fallback credentials and in-memory profile examples do not establish live identity or persistent memory.
- An uncalled polling generator is not a realtime subscription.
- A WebSocket handler ending in `pass` does not transcribe or route audio.
- Fixed Gini/expert values and artificial word delays are not native inference telemetry.
- A two-node acyclic LangGraph graph is not a verified cyclic multi-agent runtime.
- GPU passthrough configuration does not prove a Triton kernel exists, compiles or trains.

No FastAPI/Supabase/Redis/Ollama/CrewAI/Triton services, GPU containers or arbitrary file-execution agents were installed or started. The current working site uses its existing Cloudflare D1/R2 stack. Shipping the pasted Compose file would reference absent frontend/backend Dockerfiles and an unverified GPU workload. It was not substituted for an operational deployment.

Before live native orchestration: supply the authenticated service endpoint, pinned implementation/model artifacts, trusted verifier and scoped capability contract. Before billing: configure test-mode checkout/webhooks and verify idempotency, entitlements, cancellation and reconciliation; then explicitly approve live products. Before public launch: approve audience change from owner-only, complete terms/privacy, support, rights clearance, identity and payout onboarding.
